Laura Evans immediately schedules an online appointment with me. Diagnosised my symptoms, which was Covid19. Scheduled a Covid test within an hour and called medicine and was waiting for me at the pharmacy! She is awesome!
Laura Evans has ignored three requests from our pharmacy about medication refills and has not returned more than five calls placed to her office to fix it. She has also previously sent in incorrect dosage amounts to the pharmacy after an annual check up for medication that is taken daily. Regardless if we contact St Agnes directly or her personal line, we have not received any notice back and have resulted in confronting her directly at her office. Ms. Evans is very professional and friendly she suggested tests and shots that were never suggested and that I needed to have done. I always have a pleasant experience and will miss her, wishing you well Ms. Evans in your future endeavors.
As always she listens very well determines a plan and completely takes care of all concerns.
