Don’t rent from her she makes up charges like $954.00 for normal wear and tear on paint closet doors that were never broken I have videos and pictures the foundation in the homes are horrible they just do bandaid jobs. Took my deposit and has the nerve to say I owe her $62.84. She’s out her mind. I will be going to small claims court. I have videos I have proof of all the damage in that home. What I should have did was let her use the deposit for the lasts month rent and told her to figure it out. But this isn’t over at all.... read more
Absolutely can't say enough about Bethanie and how amazing she has been. She has been so communicative and on top of everything. She always responds and has been very transparent!!! It was so good to see a real person and not just automated systems. She is informative and knows her stuff! I would refer a million times over!!!!
Great property management company to use. They look out for their clients best interest. We had an issue that ended up being taken care of by them and they went above and beyond what any property management company has done for us in the past! Highly recommend!
