We absolutely love Laura and her team! We started our rental relationship back in 2023 getting into the home was easy and stress free, we rented that home for almost 2 years. Real estate is rife with lousy property managers who barely know (or care) about you, your tenants, or your properties and who are difficult if not impossible to communicate with in a timely and effective manner. 18-month lease term was never mentioned prior to application or after. Was told 12 month lease on the phone. They sent the lease agreement with it set at 18 months. I mentioned it and was told a new lease would be sent the next day. The following day, they said leases are 18 months to keep things uniform. Had I not closely read the lease, they would have had me trapped in the agreement. My request for a refund of the $75 application fee was refused. Unethical and deceptive business practices.
