Dr. Konen cares for me a person not just a patient. I was so touched by her kindness on my last appointment.
My son had 3 fillings done (3 years old). He had NO idea that he had even had an injection, that is how good this dentist is! I have no idea how she managed it but he tolerated the procedure well.
I had several fillings done by Dr. Konen, and others by her partner Dr. Dominic Lee. It's the most friendly and helpful dental office I've ever been to. They explained the procedures thoroughly, went over my insurance coverage with me along with the dental details so I could make the best choices for my situation, and were unusually considerate in making sure I was always comfortable and never left waiting alone for more than a couple minutes. She didn't try to help my child feel more comfortable or safe on her first visit to the dentist. She is supposed to specialize in Children. I took my child to see Dr. Konen and I did not like her "chairside manner". She just sat there, hardly spoke to my child and it was scary for her first time at the dentist. Not 'kid friendly" at all. We will definitely not go back.
