Very knowledgeable and had time to sit and explain in detail the answers to my questions that I had.
Every person I came in contact with was a personable and knowledgeable pleasure to deal with. The initial receptionist, the after care scheduler, the nurse, the NP and a trainee. Professional yet comfortable.
Team Laura is excellent. Efficient and friendly. She does her pre appointment prep.. She understands not just the issues but the human! She involved me in what’s going on in my care. Also her Nurse was 5 stars.
