Laura was excellent to work with - super communicative and flexible throughout the process. She helped me review her designs and sent photos of different options, details up close, etc. we worked together on customizing one of her designs to a slightly longer veil than it was in shop, and added a drop blusher. I purchased a fingertip veil from Laura months before my wedding day, and I was shocked (in a good way) by my experience. Not long after putting in the order, Laura personally contacted me to make sure I had ordered to correct color for the veil.
