You CAN NOT reach ANYONE ANYTIME of day. I’ve been leaving voicemail after voicemail. I have logged over 150 phone calls to different extensions to try and reach someone about a referral. I can not reach ANYONE! This is ridiculous!!!! They gave us a referral 2 weeks ago to a pediatric dentist and told us to wait. I can’t even reach someone to ask where the referral was sent so I can call the other dentist. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED COMMUNICATION from your provider.
