I would give the salesperson a 5. The service I received in the actual purchase of my 2024 Ford 150 was great! The issue I had was with the condition of the truck when it was delivered to my house. I had paid extra for the ceramic coating, but when the truck arrived it had blemishes all around the vehicle & still had some shipping tape on the back bumper.
