I recently had my first appointment with this Dr. Finger after being with my previous provider for many years, so I was understandably a little nervous about making a change. From the moment I arrived, she and her staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. She and her nurse took the time to listen, answered my questions thoroughly, and was both professional and compassionate throughout the visit.

I called the office in advance to confirm two things before making an appointment: that they were accepting new patients and my BCBS PPO insurance. I was told yes to both, and I scheduled a well-woman exam for July. A week later, I received a call saying the doctor does not do well-woman exams on the first visit. I explained that I was also looking for a new provider to continue my HRT treatment, and we agreed to make the first appointment about that and schedule the well-woman exam separately. I called over a month ago to make an appointment and the very first question I asked was if Dr.Finger was accepting new patients and was told yes and went through the whole intake process then a little over a week before my appointment they call me to tell me she isn’t taking new patients.

I am Dr.Laura Finger's patient, she is the best , she takes care of her patients and listens to them patiently, I've had a surgery in the past and I recovered so well , I have no complaints with Dr.Finger. I called the office to schedule and appointment as I just got to know I am pregnant, they tell me I cannot see Dr.Finger before June 12th . I am an established patient and this is concerning as it's related to my pregnancy, I would greatly appreciate it if I could get an earlier appointment as waiting for a whole long mont... read more
