I dread meeting a realtor almost as much as walking into a car dealership. All my defenses are deployed. With Laura Farrel that dread all went out the window after one minute. Completely unpretentious and personable. I signed her as the listing agent 30 minutes later. She did an awesome job of framing the property in photography and then on listing day MLS blew up with showings. Shortly thereafter I had an over asking price offer. It all just closed. Laura Farrell did an excellent job for us. From the first meeting she gave us excellent advice and guided us through every step of getting our home ready for market. Our home was under contract in ten days and she kept us on task until closing. Local realtors wanted us to list our home for less, but Laura was confident about our asking price and in the end we were offered more than we expected. She was easy to work with and very accessible. We highly recommend her.
