Dr. Rosenfield is by far the best ob/gyn in Dallas and personally is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She not only cares about my health from a fertility standpoint, but she also cares about the other issues in my health that tie in with everything she’s treating me for (eg, I have alopecia due to my PCOS and she has been extremely thorough with helping me to manage that with my hair loss specialist). I could not recommend Dr. Rosenfield and her team more. I have gone to her for years and recently she delivered my baby. We had an amazing hospital experience and felt very taken care of even with having to have a surprise c section. She is friendly, welcoming, highly knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions, makes you feel heard and safe, and is an amazing doctor. Her office team and nurses also are wonderful. I would recommend her for anyone looking for an OBGYN !
My experience with Dr. Rosenfield as a new patient was wonderful! She’s is very attentive and truly takes time to learn, understand, and help meet the needs of her patient. She was very responsive to additional inquiries and concerns had following my in person visit. The staff were very pleasant to interact with as well.
The doctor seemed good, but the support staff is bad enough it doesn't really matter. I scheduled an appointment for imaging, arrived the day of and told them what I was there for, and then waited hours in their lobby. They sent me in to see the doctor for the wrong thing and failed to tell me that the imaging tech wasn't even in that day. Then they charged me $300 for the pleasure of having to sit in their wait room to not get the imaging that my appointment was for. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Dr. Rosenfield is an amazing doctor. She is very attentive, caring, and highly professional. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate her knowledge and compassionate approach. I am very happy to have found her and will gladly continue seeing her in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent gynecologist.
