Laura was kind and patient. She was supportive when doc came in. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions
Soon to be having surgery. Had my pre-op physical with Laura. Very professional, very informative and helped ease some fears I had about the procedure. As always with UW, a very good visit.
Other than the long walk from handicap parking to the actual clinic my appointment was in, it was smooth and efficient.
