She listened, and provided feedback that other physicians had not. She was present during the visit and provided excellent communication and education.
Laura was very thorough and informative. I felt comfortable discussing the sometimes not so comfortable things. She took her time and answered all of my questions and she genuinely cared.
From the second I walked in, to the second I walked out, everyone treated me with dignity & respect. All of the staff & especially Laura DeFraia were super nice and helpful. Laura DeFraia explains everything in a way patients can understand. I highly recommend her!!
This is a very BEAUTIFUL PLACE!! The tranquility room is just that. So relaxing and serene. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and so helpful. Would definitely recommend❤️💕❤️
