Laura's demeanor is always wonderfully perky, joyful and uplifting! She is a ray of sunshine in the midst of an otherwise dark & gloomy illness; her smile is contagious and never fails to lift my mood. She is extremely patient and joyfully answers my questions and willingly shares her knowledge and teaches me about my illness so I know better how to handle things and take care of myself.
