This office is very pleasant. I almost feel like they treat me like I am apart of there own family, the way they are caring. It does take some time to get a response sometimes so I have had to stress to the front desk the urgency of my concern, but when I do this I usually know that the reason for a late response is really that they are busy with patients or something. Do not use this facility! We loved them before they became part of Emory. Since then, the customer service is horrible, the communication is nonexistent, and they no longer have time to care for the individual patient. My husband requested a referral due to our insurance requiring it for a specialist. When I called and spoke with the receptionist, I was asked some questions and told they would send the request over to Tran Travetti (the NP we see regularly). I highly recommend NOT using this practice. The 48 hour call back time is completely ignored, and you’re lucky if you ever get a call back. Getting a prescription refill is like pulling teeth. I called and left a message on Wednesday afternoon for a simple prescription refill. I didn’t receive a call back, so I called again on Monday. I let them know that at this point I was out of medication and very nervous about not getting it filled soon. The lady told me all the staff was in a meeting and they would get back to me. Wish I would have seen these reviews, and could have saved myself the time. I confirm the office staff are highly unprofessional, any physicians there look like idiots for continuing to employ them. I recently made appointments for myself and hubby - 1 week apart. I show up for mine to be told doctor wasn't there, they tried to call, and could I come back. They called 20 minutes before appt time!) Next week hubby goes for his appt...and is told EXACT SAME THING. Except they lied about the call. Waste of our time, and gas. Hi... read more
