Very unprofessional – Do NOT employ this company or do any business with them!!!! Our apartment building owner went into default on our building so the apt. went up for auction. The building wasn't purchased so it was now owned by Wells Fargo Bank. We were contacted by John Dandoy who said if we could vacate the apt. by 5/1/12 (this was on 4/19/12) that Real Estate Resources Group would pay us $5,600.00 for cash for keys.
