Dr Koch operated to fix a very problematic and painful trigger finger on my right hand last year. After the normal recovery period, the finger now works normally and the pain has gone away. Thank you Dr Laura Koch!
I have seen Dr. Koch for a number of years regarding hand/finger pain. Her explanations are thorough - she does not talk down to me and listens carefully to may concerns. I've had two "trigger" finger operations with excellent outcomes. I appreciate that she doesn't rush to operate if she thinks a more conservative approach is prudent. And, she has a great sense of humor!
