Dr. Copaken was kind, gentle, and compassionate with my 9yo daughter when she fractured her wrist. She spoke to her respectfully, discussed her fracture and its implications in an age-appropriate manner, and offered reassurance when worries were voiced. Exactly the type of pediatric ortho you would want to support your child in time of need. Highly recommend.
My daughter just finished her care plan with Dr. Copaken. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She tried everything for my daughter before going the surgery route, which we really appreciated. Surgery went well and was immediate relief to my daughter who’d had pain in her foot for the last two years. She is now strong and living pain free thanks to Dr. Copaken. Thank you so much!!
By far, the best orthopedic doctor I could've wished for my son after his shoulder injury. Dr Copaken is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She does not push for unnecessary surgeries, and regardless of how bad our son broken shoulder was, it's now completely healed without invasive surgery and scars. She was reassuring, and we now see the final result! I highly recommend her
