Dr. Copaken and the staff were all outstanding. Dr. Copaken put my daughter at ease, thoroughly explained what to expect and was so positive and reassuring. We are so thankful for her care.
Very pleasant staff from beginning to end! Thankful that we were able to make a same day appt! The whole process from the check in to the check out was about 1 hour and 40 mins to be seen, xrays and cast. Extremely efficient and friendly office.
Dr. Copaken is, hands down, the most attentive, patient-centric, capable and caring orthopedic specialist we have ever seen. She is wonderful with children, speaking to them age-appropriately and without condescension, explaining diagnoses and prognoses simply and clearly. She has seen my children, who play sports and have had multiple injuries, many times now, and I have full trust in her. She’s an example for many other providers to aspire to.
