Called 10 min after my appointment when I was running behind to let them know I was about to pull in to their parking lot but once I arrived just inside the 15 min window most places give you (apt 320- arrival after call 334) she wouldn't see me even though my wife was next in line so no one would really have to wait. Seemed kinda Lazy to me but if you want to lean on "policy" you just lost a customer!
