Despite difficulties with overcrowding and understaffing, Laura Cole has been a standout in my experience with Atrium health. She listens to my concerns (both medical and financial), and well, genuinely tries to help-- not my typical Dr's office lifetime experience. She is an asset to the practice, and honestly, to the profession overall.
