We bought a brand-new 2025 Jeep Rubicon X Gladiator from this dealership six months ago. We were repeat customers and actually planned on going back in the future to upgrade my truck. Update: Since posting this review, my wife received a follow-up call from an individual named Ethan. While he is not the General Manager, he stated that he had been made aware of this review. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, Ethan attempted to use our review as leverage to blackmail us into silence.
