Dealt with Wyatt Seaton in Sullivan Missouri. He was polite and professional. And answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
Was having some electrical issues with my 2018 Silverado. The service consultant checked in out and said it sounded like I had a bad ground cable. The dash lights would start flashing randomly and then just before you come to a stop the truck would die and have no power anywhere not even flashers. Turns out she was right. It was the ground cable. Also had the radio replaced and four tire sensors put in. Would like to give a big shout out to the service consultant she was dead on about the problem.
