Dr. Laura Chauvin, MD significantly overlooked my father’s prognosis from a PET scan that she ordered, assuring him that everything was fine. My father was one of her last patients in May 2025 before she transferred to another facility. Dr Chauvin is a very friendly Dr. she takes the time to listen to her patients & doesn’t rush them at all. I’m very glad I found her bc she’s helped me get my iron infusions.
I saw her for a second opinion and after waiting for her over one hour past my appointment time, which I understand can happen in a medical clinic, she came in and after her introduction her first comment was " so why do you feel you need to see me". I explained because I have new abnormal changes( night sweats, occasional fever, weight loss, aching, new persistant headache, and new large non painful lymph nodes that concern me being out 21 years from having a kidney transplant..
