I personally worked for Laura cares, I had to leave when I reported 2 different types of abuse on elderly and vulnerable, including physical harm and then again a lady who has dementia they had been slipping pads underneath and not changing them. I was asked to change logs etc. Laura also doesn’t pay staff even minimum wage, so a 30 min call is around 5.75£, that’s excluding travel, insurance etc.. this definitely doesn’t help with the level of care that is proved.
