Laura was very helpful and resourceful during the selling process. She got us names of contractors who could resolve the concerns that the seller had. She persist, along with us, in not giving too much away. We had challenges to overcome on many fronts but ultimately she kept us grounded and moving in the right direction. We sold our home in for top dollar. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I was happy to have a friend in our corner partnering with us on such important transaction.
