My wife went to the DePoe eye center at 550 Eagles Landing Pkwy, Stockbridge, GA 30281. She paid the insurance co-pay, got an eye exam, got her prescription and we just noticed that they failed to include the PD (pupil distance) on her exam record. She called them and they said that she would have to come in, pay an additional $25.00 to have the PD measured.
