We recently went to Laura to trade our truck that we bought from Laura brand new. We are extremely disappointed. It is polar opposite of the experience we had when we bought our truck in 21. Settled on truck and price on Saturday right before close. Salesman said he would consider it sold. Said he started at 11AM on Monday and to be there with the vehicle I wanted to trade in. I got there at 11 and waited 30 minutes for my trade in to be evaluated. At that time salesman said "bad news is, the truck you wanted was sold.
