I've been a patient of Dr Zappi's for over 15 years and see her annually for a check-up. She could not be more gracious, kind and professional.
I met Dr. Buccheri-Zappi for my annual check-up. After my second medical question, she became irritable and said that the skin is the largest organ and could not answer any additional questions. I fell in the summer and had a purple toenail. She suggested that she would cut it, and it would not hurt. What?!After the doctor saw me, the office made me sign a document that said my insurance could have been out-of-network.
Had a series of treatments. Dr. Sappy was very professional, friendly, and informative.
For an uncomfortable medical condition, Dr. Buccheri kept us waiting at least 45 minutes, poorly explained the biopsy results and was brusque and dismissive in her manner.
