Great doctor. I was misdiagnosed by Oakland county's largest otolaryngologist practice so I went to Dr brainerd for a second opinion and she spotted the issue immediately. I went out of state for treatment being she did not perform that type of procedure. My results from that treatment were excellent.
It was a nightmare to see her. from o to 10 if there is a negative I will definitely give her a negative and negative review. I had to wait for 35 minutes then the resident doctor (Dr. Phil) came and checked on my ears for about 15 minutes (he is very nice and gentle). Then he left and came back about 15 or 20 minutes later with her (Dr. Brainard). She never bothered to say "Hi" or introduced herself to me. She went straight to the machine and asked me something.
