I am writing this review specifically about the front desk receptionist who handles phone bookings, not about Dr. Rosenthal. I called because I am in severe pain and politely asked if I could be placed on the waitlist. The girl who answered was extremely rude and condescending. I understand that medical offices get incredibly busy, but that is no excuse for a complete lack of empathy. To the person on the phone: look in the mirror and try practicing some basic kindness.
