The most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered! She is very knowledgeable and gifted with what she does.
Dr Bird seems like a decent doctor. She has always been nice, listens, and takes the time to explain or answer questions. However, the appearance of the office is awful and it doesn't feel sanitary. The office staff are OK. They have always been friendly but have experienced incompetency. Scheduling appointments is sometimes difficult, as it is not unusual for the phone to not be answered during hours and voicemails not returned.
I like Dr. Bird and think she is a good doctor. She listens, explains, doesn't judge and will not hesitate to refer if needed. The problem is her office and office staff. The office needs a facelift and cleaning. The office staff are not up to the professional level they should be. It seems disorganized and messy. You will get cut off on the telephone or not be able to get through at all. It is almost as if she has completely untrained people working that are making it up as they go along
Dr. Bird is an excellent Doctor! I highly recommend her to everyone! She has been my families Doctor for 12 + years and I can't ever see us going anywhere else!! ??
Dr. Bird is a good doctor, her staff on the other hand are not so great. The receptionist is rude and quick to blame patients instead of giving good customer service.
