Genuine, empathetic and knowledgeable. Above all, incredibly helpful. I felt especially compelled to speak up and write this review after reading the one-star given by a disgruntled patient. Most, if not all practices have a policy in place for missed appointments and it is unjust to rate them poorly on these grounds. I found Laura at the right time during a difficult time in my life. She is caring and knowledgeable and instilled hope that I would improve. Happy to say I did! She sticks with you through highs and lows and brings a calm presence to someone anxious like myself. The front desk staff are welcoming and the therapists she has hired are top notch. Blessed to have found her practice.
My son went to her for help. Because he was late a few times she just let him go that is why he got angry. she calls herself a professional person that is supposed to help people .choose someone else!!! He did get a very good counselor to talk to felt comfortable with her there was an accident will be a little late when he got there said he couldn’t go to the office anymore Really sit down there and discuss. That’s how it’s handled at your office.then just throwing someone that came for your help I appreciate it much!!!
Laura Baker is very professional and kind. She does not judge people, understands grief, mental issues and can truly help people who want and need simple care. I have not experienced any issues with her at the previous office nor since expansion. Only gives medications under scrutiny, discuses it, starts minimal and targets directly the issue or issues at hand. Respectful to any needs. I wanted to change to zoom. Simple.
