☆☆☆☆ I paid for a consultation under their July promotion,paid on July 30. but due to a busy schedule, I couldn’t make it. I called to reschedule on August 7, expecting professionalism instead, they refused to honor my original payment and now want to charge me the full amount . I never received any service, yet they kept my money. This place is quick to take your payment but has zero flexibility or customer care.
