I personably don't like when folks talk about generation thing. you should speak to knowledge and future, generations can make an outsider feel awkward. Outsiders are making Tampa better, past folks have stood in the way of progress. some still do. You a great realtor, own it

I understand where you are coming from on the generation topic. I personally come from more of an Italian third generation place vs the Tampa thing. Our city is changing and although lifelong knowledge of the changes within our city is valuable, people from other areas are contributing to making our city better every day (ex J Vinik)

I am a member of the gym next door, & have been extremely disappointed by the rude behavior of this business toward the gym & its patrons. Smith & Assoc. has an opportunity to gain clients from the many people who frequent this gym, however the horrible attitude this company has had toward the gym & those of us who are members has made this company completely undesirable to establish a relationship with.
