Do not use the agent to buy a property! She is absent-minded and always in a meeting or dealing with another property when you need assistance. I had to look up the title company’s phone number and call them for wiring instructions on the closing day because she was “in a meeting.” I was nervous about the 30-year heating and AC and wanted to cancel the house contract. LB was phenomenal! We moved from California to Kentucky. She consulted with us long distance, did virtual walkthroughs on short notice, and entertained all of my very specific questions about school systems and traffic patterns. She was ready to go the minute our boots hit the ground. She guided us through multiple contracts (due to unfortunate inspections) with skill and grace. Best of all, she’s just a good person.
