My first visit, they said they forgot i was sitting in the waiting room . Then all she did was draw blood, took half an hrs. To come in room. Then 2 weeks went by so I called ,had to talk to front deck to get ahold of her. No response! So I called again a couple of times. Finally male nurse told me I have blood in my urine, which i suspect something was wrong. Now I ask for refills over and over, no respect to let me know anything and no refills yet. Anyone else treated like this?
Dr. Azzouz is amazing! She's the first doctor to actually take the time to listen to my concerns, and always has thoughtful and insightful suggestions. I feel like she actually cares about me as a patient, and remembers me every time I visit. Best of all, she believes me when I tell her symptoms that others have brushed off! I would recommend Dr. Azzouz to anyone. The ladies at the front desk are also great. I'm always greeted with a smile.
I had the best experience with Dr. Azzouz and her staff! From check in, to vitals, the doctor herself, the phlebotomist, and check out- the women here are running the show spectacularly! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and great to connect with. Dr. Azzouz was easy to talk to, and handled my laundry list of issues with patience, and grace. I was happy to receive referrals that were women, as well! I'm very happy to have found a great doctor's office, and highly recommend them!
