Getting in contact with this office is near impossible. I'm a new patient it toke me 2 days with several phone calls to get my appointment. The soonest they could get me in was 2 weeks a away. While i was having very high blood pressure. No problem found a different doctor. That got me in next day. For the past 2 days i have been trying to cancell my appointment. I have called 6 times 15 minutes each call and no contact

I came in for a follow up with Dr. Jones. I had to see Mona I’ve never met Mona before Dr. Jones is very friendly. However, when Mona came into the room, I felt she had a sarcastic attitude with me. “well, I can tell you right now she’s not gonna give you two months of what you’re asking for. I was telling her my past history of all of my stomach issues and Gastro neurologist that I have seen. Not a fan! Took my and very unwell elderly mother there a few times. Long waits. They are unorganized and bad about following up. These are the least of my concerns. My mother's health could have been managed much better while in the care of Dr. Ashley Jones. She missed some important signs that another doctor picked up on immediately. Glad we switched, but wish we had much sooner. Maybe we could have caught the potentially life threatening problem before things got real bad.
