For a doctor that specializes is donor eggs, it sure did not seem like the staff had any idea about my condition. Everytime I called, I was treated as if I had my own eggs. Wish they would have provided more testing and guidance to my husband prior to embryology. Staff on site was very kind. Dr Gago is very kind, too. Laura's Hope brought hope, but that was all.

If you’re going through something emotional especially something as intense as fertility treatment I would not recommend coming here. The staff, especially some of the nurses, are cold and honestly, bitchy. There was absolutely no compassion shown when I was struggling to resolve a billing issue, despite the fact that I was clearly upset and trying to work it out. I want to share my experience with Gago in the hopes that it helps others avoid the pain and frustration I went through. From the very first appointment, I felt misinformed and unsupported. The nurses were unprofessional, and at one point, I was told by a nurse that they had “lost my bloodwork.” My husband and I struggled to get clear answers, and half the time, the people I was speaking to weren’t even qualified to provide information. Dr. Gago and her team are so kind, and they made my experience very pleasant. I love how knowledgeable she is in her field. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is seeking help with fertility treatments.
