Horrible doctor. Extremely condescending, dismissive, and rude. Well over a year later and my problems are significantly worse due to this doctors lack of caring and interest in helping me. She actually made the issue worse by pushing my kneecaps from side to side forcefully to show the med student how loose they were! She needs to put herself in the patients shoes before speaking and acting! If I could give her 0 stars I would and I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Laura Alberton. Not only was she condescending, but she also displayed a complete lack of concern for my well-being. I visited her with a fractured ankle, in considerable pain, but she refused to listen to my complaints. To make matters worse, she dismissed my request for an MRI and simply suggested physical therapy. Dr. Alberton is an amazing doctor commited to providing the best possible care to patients. She reviewed my case on her day off, even though I was a new patient. She studied my MRI and provided her professional opinion in less than 2h after I contacted her office for the first time. I'm so grateful and impressed by her and her nurse Debbie. This is what healthcare should be like every time. Forever grateful. Luz
