The visit I had with Dr Laura Klein could not have been better. Dr Klein is certainly an excellent physician.. Her staff supports all the good that happens as well.
Dr. Klein was very condescending in the way that she spoke to me. As I am young, it felt as if she was belittling me and doubting my knowledge about things. Many unnecessary comments were made that made me felt devalued as a patient and uncomfortable. If you value compassion and manners in a doctor - I do not recommend her. It’s unfortunate that the encounter turned out this way and I was already very nervous going in.
Dr. Klein is kind and caring. She take her time explaining everything to her patients. Highly recommend using her if you need breast surgery!
I recently had an extremely disappointing and painful experience with Dr. Klein and her staff. I went in for a lumpectomy procedure on 9/18/24 based on a mammogram that was done on 8/15/24. I was asked to undergoone more mammogram in her office location, which I was told would be used for seed localization. But that was NOT the case , she did not send it to Radiologist, and the Radiologist had to take another separate Mammogram for seed localization What made the experience worse was Dr. Kleins sarcastic remark right before ... read more
