I was seen at the Short Pump location for 2 complete ligament tears which I was told by an orthopedic surgeon would require reconstruction. I wanted to get in to see Dr Tejas Patel but he wasn’t available so I got an appointment with Laura Giambra to hopefully schedule the surgery I was told I needed. She told me it’ll heal on its own and I should begin to walk (which I haven’t done at this point in 3 weeks because the pain) and to wait 6 weeks and come back. Literally the worse doctor . Doctors are supposed to care about people that’s why they became doctors in the first place isn’t it . So they can help and heal and care for others . But not this doctor. My mother had surgery and 3 days after surgery she started having lots of pain swelling and redness where her surgical incision was. She was in so much pain and worried she may have an infection so we called and they told us to go to the clinic .
