I had my first session with Laur less than a week ago and I can already feel my stress and anxiety melting away. She gave me some very vital tools to help me deal with everyday triggers that have worked beautifully each time I’ve needed them. I went to Laur because I was having trouble sleeping. I felt like I had tried almost everything but Hypnosis. Truthfully, I didn't think I could get hypnotized but wanted to try because I believe in the the power of the sub-conscious. After just a few minutes with Laur, and her ability to get me to relax, I realized I was indeed hypnotized. Surprisingly, after my first session, I was able to get to sleep without a lot of hassle.
