This lady is very rude very nasty. I had a very bad encounter with her today. She even got in my face and thought it would be a good idea to challenge me. I’m going to be taking this complaint as far to corporate as I can. A simple mishap with a machine and she took it to the extreme. She does not need to work with people. She is Very rude very problematic. I will not spend another diamond as establishment and I mean that.
They open at 6am. It is 6:12am. No one is here. No one is answering the phone. Inconvenience at it's finest.
Machine always have sour smells or out of order. Sometimes cards don’t work where you have to pay for double wash bad business lady that works there doesn’t help only sit down at the back tables on her phone very bad business don’t spend your money here go somewhere else I
HOT HOT HOT WATER NOT WORKING !!! PAID EXTRA FOR IT OTHER THAN THAT I REALLY LIKE THIS PLACE .. NICE AND CLEAN and people are nice
