Sent 3 techs to address two machines. I asked to be called when they were on the way but the techs claimed the office should have called and the office claimed the techs should have. Either way, nobody called and I didn't know anyone was even there until my security system notified me. Of course they all just try to pass the blame on each other instead of anyone taking responsibility.
