RecommendedWe took our Australian Shepard in and washed him ourselves. It was a ball. They provide you with everything you need...everything. They made sure we understood how the various items worked, then stopped back at varies times to make sure things were going well. I would highly recommend them. We will be using their services again in the future.
The facilities are clean. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We love how personable the Laundromutt is.
I had a golden who had been boarded and needed a groom badly! I called all around looking for anyone with immediate availability. Laundromutt answered the phone, described what they would do with each person (bath vs groomer) and made sure on time frame and gave directions before hanging up. I brought boomer in, warning he would need a lot of work. They quoted me 3 hours. Which i expected, his fur takes forever to dry and he was losing tumbleweeds. The biggest problem is she came out smelling just as bad as she did before. I hate I wasted my money! 65.00 Once I put her in my truck and realized she still stunk I went back in and the lady said they bathe them then let them dry before shaving them. She also stated that they spray them with a deodorizer. I never smelled any “deodorizer”. In fact my dog still has dirt and mud on her.
