I have purchased two different homes in Brevard county, and dealt with Launch in both cases. Both Christine and Kim have been amazing and have walked me through every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the services they provided.
I submitted my file months ago and still don't have a case number. Christine is not responsive and I feel like she doesn't care. I now understand why she was sued by the Florida Bar Association in September of 2022. I 100% with the other reviewer who mentioned Kim and Christine's COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. They can't even figure out how much postage to put on legal documents being sent to the Courthouse. When I got upset that this delayed my filing for another 2 weeks, Kim BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER!!
