you could improve with customer service with your employees! I had the worst experience with Jenn Rahn. she kept texting me rude messages to the point that I told her to stop or I would contact the police. I can show proof of the text messages! I would not recommend anybody doing business with this company. I messaged over 12 hours ago asking for her supervisor's name and number and no one responded. obviously this behavior is accepted! don't put yourself through the abuse that I had to endure.
