I just reached out to this company looking for services. This review is custom service only. That being said although my child do not go here, my first interaction was great. So much so that the young lady offered to assist me in my ongoing searchs. She didn't have to extend her hand but she did and if this is indicative to their work ethics, I see why they have 5 star. Kudos.
Our experience at Launch has been great! The goals and treatment plans that my son’s therapists created and implement are appropriate and challenging. He is making great progress.
Launch Pediatric Therapy has been such a blessing for our family. We initially started seeing Vi to help my son learn how to crawl, pull up, and walk. She is so knowledgeable and provided us with exercises to help him reach his goals. My son has been receiving Speech and OT therapy for a year. The amount of progress he has made is wonderful. He explores more outside his bubble, whereas before, he would sort of be in his own world. All of their staff is extremely friendly, dedicated, and professional. I would highly recommend them to all parents looking to help their children with ASD or other disabilities that need professional attention. They also provide Physical Therapy and Feeding therapy.
