Chantel, her mother, her sister their husbands and all the people at launch make lunch. What it is it is an exceptional organization for exceptional children.♥️
They don't communicate. We drove there and they said we forgot to call us. Then another day they sent my wife a reminder/email my son therapy is at 12 and they said it was at 11oclock but reminder we have the email and they still cancelled his therapy
We have been going to launch since my son was 18 months old for speech and occupational therapy. Our OT, Brandi Olivier, has gone above and beyond for our child. The office staff, Tina, Jade and Chantelle have helped us with payment options, scheduling and questions. I would recommend Launch to anyone who wants the best therapy for their child. Compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough great things.
