I LOVE this branch. Thy are always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They always are able to help me with my needs, be it a new card or a mortgage. Whenever I come in, I am greeted with a smile, treated as an individual, and get my needs handled quickly and professionally. If you are looking for a credit union that actually cares about you past being an account number, Launch—and their Merritt island branch—are where you should go.
