I'm downgrading my review. Every month, I have to get a counter check to pay rent. During covid, I could do this through the drive-thru. Now, they make me go inside, where there is one teller working, and a line with a 20 minute wait. Meanwhile, there are drive-thru tellers doing nothing, along with the offices surrounding the lobby area. I would like to be able to use the drive-thru again, since it's just a check.
I have been a member of this Credit Union for many years and the customer service, professionalism and services that they provide are top notch. I would highly recommend using Launch Credit Union over any bank in Brevard County. The tellers in the drive thru are always really nice and they have great attitudes towards their customers.
