Best 50 mins to an hour of my day! Instructors are always helpful and explain everything that’s coming and next. Always checking in to make sure you’re okay. Great workout and fun!

I went to Launch Bungee for training to open my own gym and it was awesome!! Stephanie and Hayley are amazing instructors! I learned so much from them in my two days of training. I also got to take a couple of their bungee classes and an aerial yoga/pilates class. My whole body was so sore from the workout. If someone thinks those workouts are easy or you don’t get a good workout, they have never actually done it before. Wish I lived in OKC to see them more regularly! We came here for a bachelorette party and it was so fun!!! We seriously had the best time, so many laughs, the staff was so friendly and accommodating to our group. 10/10 wish I lived here so I could be a member!!

I love Launch! The instructors are great and friendly. They always make you feel welcome and are great at working with everyone no matter what kind of shape you’re in. All the classes are a lot of fun and I’m especially in love with their new aerial classes! I’ve tried a few different bungee locations and this is by far my favorite!
